Very much a happiness booster! La Granja 360 is a great summertime wine that will be perfect into the winter anytime you need a sunny pick-me-up. It’s Verdejo but Viura, fruity but herbal, easy but deep. A perfect balance of contradictions that will really seduce your palate.

You will enjoy… its complex but rather pleasing combination of lemon, banana, florals and herbs.

Out of curiosity… you may feel it as an agreeable mouthwatering wine, due to its great acidity balance.

Did you know that…? The Vegas family (winemakers of this Verdejo Viura) were the first to strongly bet on white grapes in Spain. That’s the reason why Verdejo is today one of the most famous Spanish grapes.

Our History

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, there was a peacock that desired to fly far, far away to Spain. After having waited for years, a soft wind from the South entered the farm. It was bright, even golden, and brought delicate floral and citrus aromas of lemon and stone fruits that made the peacock fall into a deep sleep. The next morning, the peacock woke up in the heart of Spain, surrounded by flowers and magic farm animals. A flying pig approached him asking, ARE YOU READY FOR THE WINE FUN? Thus, our peacock arrived to his dream land, Spain.

Fresh bouquet of banana and lemon on the nose. Citrus notes and aromas of kaffir lime leaf, lemongrass, anise, fennel, and peach. It tastes very much like it smells with the addition of soft white flowers, herbs and fresh picked apricots. Medium length finish and aftertaste full of minerals, herbs and citurs.
Winemaking/Vinification
Winemaking / Vinification:
• Separate vinification of each grape variety.
• Open-air pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature to boost aromatic intensity.
• Alocoholic fermentation at 18ºC, during 20 days in stainless steel basins.
• After raking, wine remains in contact with its own lees to get volume and complexity.
• Final blending (70% Verdejo, 30% Viura) and cold stabilization in stainless steel.
