La Granja 360 Tempranillo Garnacha
A red blend of Tempranillo and Garnacha (50% each) with nice mellow tannins, smooth and lovely to drink whenever you’re in the mood for red wine. Works well either as every day wine or as a surprising discovery for your dinners with friends. Its 2 month ageing adds roundness and reveals exciting notes of oak.
You will enjoy… its surprising mineral notes and overall smoothness given the powerful presence of Garnacha grape (aka. Grenache).
Out of curiosity… this Tempranillo-Garnacha was one of the first blends of this kind in the DO Cariñena.
Did you know that…? Grenache was born somewhere in Aragon (the region where La Granja 360 comes from) and it is presumably the reason why this grape needs a hot climate like Cariñena’s to ripen. On the other hand, Tempranillo is the Spanish most famous grape and main one for moderate-climate wine regions in the country.

Once upon a time, in a land far, far away, lived a zebra that dreamed of distant travels, far away to the land of bright colors. The zebra envied the red color of the flowers and the bright ruby color of cherries. One night, a flying pig appeared in her dreams asking, ARE YOU READY FOR THE WINE FUN? Upon waking, scents of incense had filled the house. Suddenly she looked down to her knees and noticed her black stripes were turning red. She couldn’t believe it! But after a moment, the zebra realized that she was always living in that magic country. She could never had her stripes coloured because she could never believe in it. Don’t forget that magic is everywhere and unimaginable things can happen. You should only trust and never stop dreaming!
Dark ruby colour. Medium bodied. Nose of red fruit like raspberry and red cherry with notes of incense and toast from the oak. Smooth and well balanced tannins make it easy to drink and pleasant to the palate with a sweetish finish.
• Manual harvest.
• Separate vinification of each grape variety.
• Alcoholic fermentation at stable temperatura of 26ºC, during 25 days.
• Post-fermentative maceration, during 10 days.
French and American oak
Grilled veggies like eggplant accompanied by tofu or quinoa. It also combines well with soft chilli souces and vegan creamy risottos.
